- What’s next (in burn mechanism) – A part of revenue earned monthly will go towards burning (so the burning depends on revenue and not on specific targets, exciting isn’t it?)
- How does it work? – Bitgert will burn coins on monthly basis. This would be accomplished by our buyback and burn mechanism and will continue till we burn 99% of our total supply and bring it down to 10 trillion.
What has been achieved so far?
As of writing this article, the team has already burned 57.24% of supply. Leaving the Circulating supply to 395,688,215,721,653(Brise), where max total supply is 1,000,000,000,000,000.
The commitment made by Bitgert would be valued and followed down the road, given we have always delivered what we planned for. With this strategy , we have devised a scalable, sustainable and long term strategy. The burns would work on monthly basis, independent of our daily burns.
What you should know and expect?
Starting from 3rd Feb 2023, the tokens would be burned on monthly basis. A journey towards 10 trillion. With this there would be steady decrease in supply and an expected increase in the value and adoption and usecases in coming months.
What does this brings to ecosystem?
Burning 99% makes it Scalable and more attractive to Industry. This does not effects the gas fee (as it’ll still be next to zero), as asked by our community. It’ll bring supply to more manageable levels.This will also attract more partnerships from leading players in industry (and making us more scalable, sustainable and profitable).
What the future beholds?
There’s no stopping to development, as development is an ongoing process. With many partnerships forged (zelwin, band etc) and products in pipeline, Bitgert tries to achieve it’s right place in top 10 players of industry. What’s coming next ?
